365 Days of Happiness

New Years Eve. A great day to reflect on the year that was. 2013 will always be a special year for me as it is the year we welcomed our precious baby girl. But despite this, I must confess there have been challenges along the way; a chronic lack of sleep, a rambunctious energetic  4 year old and a new city I’m yet to love.

So today, rather than faff around with traditional, soon to be forgotten resolutions, I’m setting myself a goal today to do something positive in the pursuit of happiness every day for the next 365 days.

I’m not really sure where this will take me just yet but here are some ideas; find a yoga class, continue (and improve) healthy eating, spend waste less time on facebook, do less pointless shopping, engage with my beautiful kids more, learn to love Canberra, follow my passions.

Do you have a New Years Resolution you would like to share? Would you like to join me in my challenge?

  1. Fabulous post....... Like the concept shared in this post very much..... To keep ourselves happy, the importance of keeping our children happy is so much important. Like the views and ideas shared in this post very much and hope that you will keep sharing more and more with us.

  2. Appreciate for sharing such a great blog.
